Quality management is continuous development of a company’s operations. Customer satisfaction as well as the development of the company’s competitiveness and business profitability are the company’s leading factors. For this certified quality management systems create a solid foundation. These systems develop our operations and processes, and at the same time customers benefit from improved service and productivity in production, e.g. in the form of reduced error costs.
In our operations, we follow ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 certified quality systems. In addition, all our factories are certified according to the ISO 13485: 2016 quality standard for healthcare products.

Monitoring and traceability
Our quality assurance is based on separate documents prepared for all products. These documents define what and how to inspect and the frequency of inspections. At the customer’s request, we provide a Certificate of Conformity with each delivery, stating that the products have been manufactured, inspected and, if necessary, tested in accordance with the requirements.
Environment
An environmental system is a systematic way to improve environmental management. The ISO 14001 environmental management system helps organizations both to improve their level of environmental protection and to show that environmental issues are taken into consideration in their day-to-day operations. In the injection molding process, for example, some plastic waste is usually generated. Plastic waste consists of sprue channel waste that comes during the process, as well as any products that deviate in quality. This plastic waste can be often reused in production minimizing the environmental impact. Proper product and mould design can also influence the environmental impact of a product’s life cycle.
