The manufacturing of our products is centered in our plant in Nurmijärvi. We supply the healthcare sector with small, high-precision plastic parts, assembled products and ready-made units with an elegant appearance. Our business is designed, produced and documented in accordance with the demands of the healthcare sector.
Clean room
Plastone’s clean room is a controlled ISO class 8 standardized room. There are four machines and assembling facilities in our clean room. In addition to this, we also have separate clean room cabinets of similar purity around the machines.
MDD, CE, ISO, FDA
We are experienced with the MDD’s regulations of CE labeled products and we are audited annually and separately for these products. We also manufacture FDA-registered plastic products. In general, our healthcare sector products are manufactured in accordance with the ISO-13485 standard.
