Assembly work
Tasks requiring manual work are mainly assembled in our Tallinn factory. Our assembling operation covers mass products, as well as high-precision specialty products.
Printing
We print labels on our products using the tampo printing method. In addition to this, we contract our partners for laser marking products.
Gluing
In certain types of products, gluing is the method of choice for joining parts. It requires expertise, especially in choosing the most suitable adhesives.
Welding
We are equipped to do ultrasonic welding to attach products, but we are also familiar with laser welding techniques, as some of our products are laser welded.
Post processing
We are naturally ready to provide different types of post processing support.
Packaging (also clean room)
We pack some of the products directly into end-customer packages. We have clear guidelines regarding packages as we do for all our operations. We also carry out the packaging process in the clean rooms.
Sterilization
Different products meant for the health care sector are sterilized using different methods. We are currently producing gamma, beta, steam and EO-sterilized products. We have trustworthy partners in our network for different types of sterilizations.
