Clean room
Clean room is categorized facility according to ISO 14644-1 standard where cleanliness of work environment and products are maintained. Incoming airflow is filtered and inside air is recirculated through HEPA-filter.
Clean room in Plastone fulfills ISO 8 requirements. It’s possible to injection mould and assemble different products in our clean room. In addition to clean room, Plastone has a capability to injection mould plastic parts where separate isolation is built around injection moulding machine reducing the risk of dust particles and other possible contamination.
