Mould manufacture
As with mould design, mould manufacture is also generally performed by our partners. This is why we are able to deliver effective and competitively priced moulds for different types of products. Our own mould manufacture is focused on trimming, changing and repairing moulds, but we also produce a few moulds, from start to finish on an annual basis. Our own mould manufacture guarantees a swift response to problematic situations.
Mould purchasing
While purchasing moulds over the years, we have selected a number of mould suppliers with whom we have developed an understanding of how to proceed. In practice this means that the supplier understands our needs and wishes very well, and at the same time we are acquainted with the strengths of our providers.
Mould maintenance and storage
After each series is finished the moulds are serviced, their condition is checked and after that each mould is stored in our separate mould warehouse, awaiting the manufacturing of the next series.
